Chloë

March 2, 2011

Hi Spud & Chloë Friends,

I am continuing my Spud & Chloë at the Farm preview today. Let me formally introduce you to the other star of the show, Miss Chloë. Now we can throw out the formality because Chloë is a down-home practical girl with an upbeat outlook on life. She is the proud owner of her larger than life sheep, Spud.

I just love Chloë and I hope you will, too.

With her gorgeous red ponytail and matching Mary Jane’s her zest for life shines right through. Chloë is always trying to gently cajole Spud into cooperating with her and this is not always an easy task but she remains forever cheerful.

Chloë is knitted up in Spud & Chloë Sweater in the Firecracker, Toast colorways and her dress is knit in Splash.

Her signature thick red ponytail is the perfect finishing touch to this adorable knitted doll.

I love her tiny red shoes! Chloë works up quickly and is an all-around delightful project in the end. I really enjoyed knitting and designing Chloë and I look forward to her many future adventures with Spud.

Here Chloë is with Spud and a few of their farm friends. What a good bunch of characters!

I taught a Spud & Chloë class at Stitcher’s Crossing in Madison last weekend. It was so much fun! We made the mice from the new book. To see all about the class click here! A big huge thank you to the students and to Spud & Chloë for the gifts for the students and a generous raffle prize for the class. It was a great time.

Hope you are all having a good week so far! I’ll be back soon with more.
