Way back in June, I was able to go to my very first TNNA. I met many people and had the opportunity to chat about BSA yarns with designers, store owners, and other knitters and crocheters. I got to chat with Laura Nelkin and in that brief moment, I knew Laura had to have some Blue Sky Alpacas Metalico to work with before we left. Now, a mere four months later, Laura has released a pattern inspired by that hank of Metalico from show! Three special details that you should know about Batana: First, it is possible to make two Batanas with one hank of Metalico! Secondly, if you have a collection of gorgeous, single buttons, much like myself, this pattern is designed to showcase those special bits and baubles. Lastly, Batana is part of the Adorn Anew Collection.
